Echoes of a Forgotten Library

About this work

In 'Echoes of a Forgotten Library', Lena Nguyễn invites viewers to wander through a labyrinthine world of forgotten knowledge. By combining traditional oil painting techniques with digital collage, Nguyễn creates immersive, dreamlike environments that explore the tension between preservation and decay. As the viewer navigates the exhibition, they are encouraged to reflect on the fragility of human memory and the enduring power of art to preserve our collective past. With each piece, Nguyễn masterfully weaves together disparate elements, conjuring an atmosphere that is both haunting and beautiful.
