Fractured Memories of a Forgotten City

About this work

In 'Fractured Memories of a Forgotten City', artist Ava Moreno delves into the poignant intersection of urban decay and nostalgia. This immersive mixed-media installation invites viewers to wander through a labyrinthine streetscape, where crumbling facades, shattered glass, and discarded objects come together to form a poignant tapestry of forgotten stories. Through a nuanced blend of collage, sculpture, and projection mapping, Moreno crafts an evocative and thought-provoking exploration of the human experience, where memories and reality blur like the city's crumbling edges.
